My family moved me from Massachusetts to the west coast in 1956. We settled in Long Beach where I attended school and enlisted in the U.S. Marines (1969). Then college and a start in the real estate profession. Carl has seminars for agents. Until recently, restoring old cars. He also sells and owns small income properties.
